Q:Can I receive a sample before confirming the order with you?
A:Yes we can send you the samples before order. Usually it takes around 3~7 workings days for courier delivery time.
Samples are free, you only need to pay the courier costs.
Do you have an express account?
If you have an account, we can send you the samples by using your account and freight collect.
If you do not have an express account, you can also pay us the freight costs to our paypal account, after we got your payment, the samples can be sent within 24 hours.
We have very professional express broker, send the samples through them, we can good discounts, it is a good way to save your money.
For example, the courier costs from China to U.S. charged in this way: for the first 0.5kg it costs 25USD, and each 8USD for every 0.5kg weight added.for example if you need total 2.0 kgs of samples, it costs 25USD+8USD×3=49USD.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:It depends, usually we can finish an order of one 20ft full container within 25 days. And 5~7days for each one more container added. This time included with all customized logo or brandings.
For regular orders, we can finish each order within one week.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:It depends, usually we do MOQ for one 20ft full container.
But if you can arrange your shipment by your own, we can also do small quantity orders, even like 100 square meters or1,000 square feet is okay for us.
Or if you buying other materials from China at the same time, we can also mix load our vinyl flooring planks/tiles tegether with other products which you are buying.in this way we can also do small quantity order.
We do not recommend small quantity orders, because such orders will incur some additional costs, for example extra delivery costs etc.
